I was also talked down to by office staff. Reported all to HUD and corporate. I ended up leaving because of the mental abuse. Pretty much every interaction they would belittle me, talk to me in disgraceful and dehumanizing ways. Once when I told Shawn how she was acting she lost her mind. I would believe anyone that said that they had a bad interaction with her, did.
