Thank you so much, Dr. Lee! My son had an extra tooth, and we went to two dental clinics last year, but no one could remove it. Today, Dr. Lee took it out quickly and easily. He is very kind and patient. Even though my English is not good, he explained everything clearly. We are so happy and really recommend him!
I have severe dental anxiety and often experience panic attacks whenever I visit a dental office. But the entire team here made sure I felt safe and reassured me every step of the way. Dr. Lee listened carefully to my concerns and treated me with such gentleness and care. This place is truly the best—it’s one of the reasons I don’t want to move to another city!
Dr. Charles Lee is the best of the best--calm, patient, friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He seems to always have time to walk you through various treatment options, and does an excellent job communicating pros/cons of each. Our family of four have been going to him for the past couple years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Also, a huge acknowledgement to his practice manager, Tanja, who is always professional and friendly.
Wish I could rate them in the negatives. I would rather have a random person with a pair of pilers pull my teeth then have to interact with their receptionists ever again. Messy, messy, messy and need to be retrained on all aspects of customer service and how to read a screen.
