I don't write a lot of reviews. I had been needing a couple of new crowns for a while. Dr Hammond's office would see them each time I went in. I wasn't sure if I'd be making the drive to Mexico as I've heard they have good dentists down there. knowing that crowns can often take an extra visit or two for adjustments, I spoke with Rachel in Dr Hammonds office and decided to go with Hammond. With my husband's work, I have been to dentists from Arizona to Alaska, and in between. Dr. Hammond, by far, has been one of the best dentists I've been to. He is caring, professional and reasonably priced. I recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist!
I received a text message today from this establishment (4-2024). Even though I did not remember all the details, I do remember not ever wanting to go back to them. Today's conversation with them after 4 years of being on their roster as a patients solidified my decision even more. Supposedly, my insurance declined service 4 years ago (January 2020). Today (April 2024) the text demand payment for the portion the insurance declined,again, 4 years later. I was never sent a Bill. Still haven't received a bill. This is the reaso... read more
