Avoid Hammond Brothers & Bruce Hammond Update: as you can see from Bruce’s response, he has a hard time with the truth of the situation and accountability, claiming this is a spam review. Ask yourself, would you want somebody that responds to issues like that in care of your vehicle? In no way is this spam, I wouldn’t write a review like this if it wasn’t 100% true: I trusted Bruce Hammond with a routine service for my motorcycle based on decent reviews, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. Bruce Hammond, the shop owner, responds to all negative reviews by claiming the reviewer is spam or bot or some unknown person, instead of taking any responsibility or trying to make things right. I hired him for some motorcycle services which he botched. Thinking he could make it up with this great ski ticket deal he mentioned, I paid him for two tickets and received no ski tickets. He refuses to refund my money now, which means he is committing fraud and we are filing charges with the police against him and his accomplice.... read more
