Ask yourself, would you want somebody that responds to issues like that in care of your vehicle? In no way is this spam, I wouldn’t write a review like this if it wasn’t 100% true: I trusted Bruce Hammond with a routine service for my motorcycle based on decent reviews, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. Bruce Hammond, the shop owner, responds to all negative reviews by claiming the reviewer is spam or bot or some unknown person, instead of taking any responsibility or trying to make things right. I hired him for some motorcycle services which he botched. Thinking he could make it up with this great ski ticket deal he mentioned, I paid him for two tickets and received no ski tickets. He refuses to refund my money now, which means he is committing fraud and we are filing charges with the police against him and his accomplice.... read more
Absolutely loved the customer service!
I took a Sur Ron style bike here to have tires put on, supposed to be simple, dude wasn't familiar but took on the job and I told him if he has any questions to call me, he mangled the front axle, gave the bike back to me and didn't say a word, I then rode the bike not knowing it was damaged which warped my front rotor, once I figured out he jacked the stuff up I sent him pics and asked for a refund to cover the axle and the rotor, he only covered the axle, I had downtime waiting for the axle and the bike is my only ride too... read more
