Great service, great communication, went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed. Definitely brining my car back here for any other future issues
Replaced the battery in my 2017 Jetta and had an airbag light on the dash that wouldn't go away after the battery swap. I hooked up my OBDII reader and cleared all codes but the light didn't go away. Called Hansel VW and they wanted $100 (down from $265 because it was easy and quick for the 2017). Called Hammond and they said to bring it in and they would clear the code, NO CHARGE! They did exactly that! It took them a couple of minutes to clear the code and I was on my way. They saved me $100 straight up! I highly recommend... read more
