HCF has super knowledgeable trainers and an amazing and supportive community. In just the few weeks that I've been attending, I can already see major differences in my strength. Been going 3 years 3-4 times a week. Great community, everyone at own level. No shaming. Trainers are professional and friendly. I look forward to each session. Great workouts and such positive energy.
