If I could give this community a -0, I would. I resided here for about 3 years. In all this time, I had no idea I was paying for other people's water. They send you a water bill, which is included with your rent and neglect to tell you that it is not being read on separate meters, that they take the total of all units and divide it so called equally amongst the tenants.
