We believe that CrossFit, when scaled correctly and performed in community, is the most effective (and most fun!) fitness program for anyone looking to get, and stay, healthy. Awesome class! Josh was a great teacher and as a drop in, he made me feel comfortable and right at home. Very friendly, knowledgeable and funny! Ill definitely be back and look forward to having him teach me again! Nice facility as well!
I’m a newbie to CrossFit! The only thing I can say is DO IT! Try it for one day. Try it for one week! Without Karen and Meagan I am not sure if I would have been able to continue. With their support and kindness, it really helped me get through my training. I can’t thank them enough! All the coaches & atmosphere is great. Super clean. Everybody is so nice. I feel very welcome every time I come in! Sign up if you haven’t yet. I would 1000% recommend coming to Hammock Coast CrossFit.

Great gym with great coaching and owners!
I visited while on vacation, and it was fabulous! Everyone is very welcoming and the coaches are very! knowledgeable. The programming makes scaling easy when necessary.
