I’ve been working out here for almost two years. I have a few specific issues keeping me from doing every movement. So the last two months I have been doing one on ones with Trainer Josh. He is working around my injuries and keeping me fit while they heal. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and all the trainers. 5 stars all the way.
I had the best experience here. Josh is such a great coach, they welcomed me here and I made friends in only a few sessions! They worked with me on my own pricing plan as well! Couldn’t recommend more! I will be going back!
Great community gym. Coaches are knowledgeable and workouts are challenging. I’ll be back.
