John is the absolute best! I needed a new front bumper and he got it done quickly. He completed it in the time he promised and charged me what he quoted me. He’s trustworthy and kind, too, which can be hard to find! While I hope I don’t need anymore collision repair, I’d go to Hammett’s every time!
Will never take a vehicle here again. One of the worst places to go to. They are slow & they are liars. Was being told my car was being worked on these past 2 months but show up today and our car hasn't been touched. Its been there since Nov 2021 (8 Months). Insurance was paying for everything but all we where told was that they where waiting for the go ahead, then they said its being taken apart, it's almost done, just waiting on a few parts, etc. But when we drove by nothing was happening to it.
