What a lovely, clean, well run hospital. All the staff are warm and friendly and put the patient first. Even the lady at reception waved to me when I left despite being on the phone. Lovely hospital.
Never judge a book by its cover. Whenever I’ve come to Hammersmith Hospital in the past for Dr appointments, I’ve often thought how tired and a little unclean and eerie the communal areas felt, and I always hoped I wouldn’t end up staying there. But I was so wrong. On 19–20 August 2025 I was admitted for general surgery, and I cannot praise Ward HH A8 enough.
