The GM Kelly Karsnia does not care about his employees at all. Doesn't give lunch breaks. Unbelievably childish, throws things at his employees. He needs a course in leadership. People are leaving good paying jobs to join this company, only for regret to instantly set in all due to poor management. Disbelief the owners have him as a "GM"
