Previous company had been monitoring our pool for 5 years, and then suddenly the chemistry became so bad that it was unusable. Within a week Jim diagnosed the issue, gave a plan and got it all done. Tremendous communication and patience. Will be using Hammerhead for future service.
Our pool pump sprung a huge leak! Jim at Hammerhead pools responded to my plea for help quickly. Chris, our pool technician, installed our new pump efficiently. He was polite, professional, and left the pool house clean! I think I found my new pool company!! Highly recommend
Jim and his team are wonderful. I am a new pool owner and Jim has been so patient and helpful in getting me started. Jim opened my pool in time for my daughter's 5th bday party (as I came on a little late in the season) and has done the cleanings for me. Shane who is part of Jim's team and the other employees there couldn't be nicer. I would highly recommend--the customer service is outstanding and they are just really good people.
Hammerhead was great to work with. We called in the early morning hours in a panic as our pool had just been re-plastered and needed to have the filter running ASAP. Unfortunately, upon opening the pool, we recognized a significant crack in one of the return lines. Hammerhead not only answered our call in the early morning hours, but had someone out only a couple hours later and fixed before the morning coffee got cold. Jim and his team were fantastic to work with. Jim was always super responsive. Their price was very reasonable as well. They helped take my pool equipment from the stone ages to 2024! I now can run my pump, heater, and light through the Pentair app on my phone. They moved my equipment to a new location and installed new equipment. I highly highly recommend, so much better than the other chester county based pool companies I’ve worked with. If you’re looking for a new pool company stop looking because they are your guys!
