I hired Dennis to design an upland deck and stair case to my dock. They also installed a new DECO 10k Concept CRS boat lift. They got all of the permits and came up with a great design, his attention to detail was impressive, they are great carpenters. The office girl was on the ball, the permit process was long but she stayed on them to get every thing approved. I love my new dock and lift and would highly recommend Hammerhead Marine.

Gave me quote including permit and design for a deck. Was not “qualified” per county and could not get permit. I paid him about 90% he did maybe 40%. I had to get permit and finish deck myself. Asked for a partial refund and he told me to go F-M-S. Beware of this company.

I hired Dennis with Hammerheads to build a dock in 2022, I was told a permit was in process and that they can start work prior to the permit being issued . Dennis started the work and asked for payment. I paid him $8600.00. Plus I paid for the materials $2600. directly from supplier. After a few days SFWMD shut down the project for no permits. Dennis took my materials I paid for and used them on another project. He refuses to give me the money back for the materials. He installed 7 posts and claims that is worth the $8600 I ... read more
