Great company, great service. Have always had great experiences. Everyone I’ve worked with has always been professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of quality work. Whether that be their Construction or Restoration side.
They were hired by my HOA to repair and paint my deck. The repairs were terrible; they left obvious problems unfixed and what they did do, was done poorly. They also left tons of nails and screws all over the place. For replacing 3 boards and painting one coat on a small deck, they charged nearly $1100.
This company is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about their customers. From the time Kim called me I could feel the true concern for my catastrophic Class 3 water damage clean up. A tree branch went through my roof/side of my house. Our insurance company recommended this company to fix it. They came out and looked at damage. Quoted accordingly and then it was down hill from there. They didn’t have to do as much work as what was quoted and asked if I wanted my hallway painted to make up the money. I declined and just said to take it off my final bill. Then one of their workers clogged my toilet and flooded my bathroom. Through this company I have gotten my whole downstairs painted, my attic insulated, exhaust fans installed in bathrooms that lead to outside, and the furniture moved to make all of the above happen. Even the small details; they were able to pay attention to and fix along the way.
