Purchased the 8-piece Eater series. I'm happy with the way the pots and pans cook food, and like the overall design. I am surprised by and displeased with the bottoms getting chewed up on my gas stove grates in just a few uses. Their response was that these are meant for a working kitchen and that's normal wear. None of my less-expensive stainless scratches this easily in my many years of cooking. I'll probably get rid of them.
I purchased 3 fry pans and a saute pan from Heritage Steel and they are FANTASTIC! I wanted to eliminate my coated pans due to health risks and replace them with high quality stainless steel pans. After researching online, I found these Heritage Eater pans and I love the quality, appearance, performance and craftsmanship! The best thing about these pans is they are American made by great workers who care in Tennessee! Buy American and support Americans! Thank You!
