Kristen Serna was my attorney for 3+ years and i had a horrible experience. As my case got closer to a hearing it was clear she did not want to handle my case and was over her head, unprepared and just not understanding the material as an experienced attorney should. She kept changes the figures as we got closer to trial so it was hard for me to know what to do and just gave up on me and my case.
