In 2014 I paid the $12,000 for a new roof. Now 7 years later I have to hire a rebuttable roofing company and pay them another $12,000 to get it completely replaced. How would you feel? Almost every aspect of the roof was installed wrong and it leaks like it isn't even there. When I called Hammer, i was told that they don't have a warranty program and that no company will warranty after a year. I called Hammer about evidence of mold under my kitchen sink. I told them I was very worried and upset because I was getting sick. I also informed them of what other remediators had said I needed to do and that they all had different opinions and that I wasn't sure what to do. After few minutes I was told that they "did not want my business" when I talked about getting an inspection to see where the mold was and if there was a water leak by drilling holes and using cameras and special mold detection equipment. Hammer restoration came to our rescue after my Moms hot water heater burst. Tyler and Tyler came and set all the blowers up and did their extreme water extracting of the carpets. They were SO polite and calm and patient ...true professionals. I would recommend this company to all of you who ever need your home repaired in an orderly fashion.

They said they'd come to the house and never called back or showed up. Then when we called them we were told they didn't handle that kind of water damage and gave us a number to another company... No one really seemed to know how to handle a very MINOR water leak in a house or how to send someone out to access the damage. Very unprofessional and uneducated.
