Price and coverage and professional personality taking care of business
Excellent service!!
He didn't cover our personal possessions. Didn't come out to insure our Smithy once it was finished because according to him it was "Too cold". We got hit by the flood and lost our chicken coop, and had damage to our home and personal possessions. We fired him and went with another agent who has us covered completely now. Then we got s letter from him saying we will loose our coverage in January. How petty.
