Sorry place to try to get parts for anything that’s not a tractor, they are rude and apparently too dumb to use the Internet, i always have to do the leg work for them. If there was a different dealer I’d try them first.

I am selling everything I have with kubota brand on it! This is the third time the parts department has dropped the ball. First I wait two weeks for the wrong part that they ordered. Now I was supposed to have a part yesterday morning and here we are at the end of the following day and still waiting on a call. Safe to say it probably won’t come. Word to the wise if you still decide to use this business if the part isn’t in stock go find it somewhere else. I for one will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hammer/Kubota does not stand behind their warranty. I have a Kubota tractor that the drive train warranty does NOT expire until 2023. The tractor had a major casting failure on the rear end housing. Hammer/Kubota would not stand behind the warranty. Kubota would not agree to a 3rd party analysis, which I offered to pay for and clarify the cause of the failure. Rude. I called to check on a part that had been ordered for our company, and they were very short and offered no information or assistance because they believed I had just spoken to them. This is the first time I've ever called, and it will also be the last.
