after 3 months, I've recovered the nearly $5,000 I was overcharged. this, after I put in 3 days of cleanup after they left my house in shambles. thank god we hadn't moved in yet. (photos are of the dust they left). they quoted a 2 day job...ended up taking 10 days and more than quoted price. things happen, I get it...but at no point did they say why or how long the delay was happening. I do not recommend this business.
Unfortunately I sign up with Lowe’s to install generator and used their contractor Hammer Electric that was their recommended contractor. Nothing constructive was done for 10 weeks will not answer phone calls. After complaining to Lowe’s they finally send HOA application with no useful data to HOA which was place on hold. In application some how name of contract changed to Quality electric and generator signed by Frank. After waving for other four week with no action started dispute for deposit. Ordered a generic generator from Lowes Hammer electric installed the generator has a 7 year warranty and included after one year free check up . Called for the check up never returned my call . Called Lowe's got me connected to Hammer electric asked for help with one year check up said we don't do that so I emailed copies that wasin the contract said I will check and get back to you two months still nothing. I've been calling them since March to do service on my Generac that they installed in 2022, I've called more than half a dozen times and they have yet to return my calls, I have a yellow light schedule B maintenance light on and they ignore my calls, I ended up calling Corbin Electric to do the service that Hammer no longer cares to do, service that I payed for, if I could give them a zero rating I assuredly would, so disappointed in them since they sold the company 😒
