Fab facility, has everything you need and so much more! Loads of space between equipment and also have the privacy of the studios. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and joining process really easy.Ā
I really enjoyed my time with Coach James. You can tell he loves what he does and is incredibly knowledgeable about the sport. If I were ever in the area again, I would absolutely drop in! Also loved meeting Banjo :)Ā
I canāt speak highly enough about this gym - as someone who was incredibly intimidated to start CrossFit, this is the most welcoming gym with people from all backgrounds / fitness levels supporting each other to work hard. The workouts are hard and the coaches are great! If you are just curious about CrossFit I urge you to come out and try it. You will be in good hands at this gym!!!Ā
