ZERO STARS. I dealt with this company for almost 3 years, for what should have been a 6 month project (2 years of "construction" and 1 year for warranty on damaged glass replacements). I purchased an investment property that needed everything : re-wiring, impact windows, kitchen remodel, etc. PRICING: This company will also increase your quote even if you didn't change anything. I hired Hammer to handle a full renovation of my new residence. Even though I’m a contractor myself I didn't have the time to take on a large scope of work at this time. They were timely, professional, fair and most importantly, they came back if things needed to be fixed or adjusted.
What a wonderful experience, from start to finish! Fagner and all of his workers were reliable and very skilled in each of their individual crafts (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring). Ours was a total kitchen renovation and the results are stunning! We would highly recommend Hammer for any construction project, large or small.
Use this company at your own risk I will nevertheless ever use Hammer Construction Service again. It took a month to replace my second level composite deck. My project was simple a wood deck was currently present. The job. Demo the old deck and replace it with composite decking.
