If you read any of my other reviews, I’m basically a “tell it like it is” individual. With this particular review, I can’t give out anything but positive vibes. I’ve purchased a compact tractor as well as a zero-turn over the past 4 years as well as parts and lubricants to keep up with warranties. All great experiences. Excellent staff and Excellent service
Always a good experience at Hammer and Wrench. The Bad Boy has performed as expected, just as Shawn said it would.
Showed up today to pick up a part on recall for a commercial mower bought here. Hours on Google were off by 1/2 hour. Arrived when closed. Called their number and Shawn (sp) answered, said Google was wrong and that’s on Google -BUT he said he was close by and could be there in 5 minutes! So, not only did he answer after hours but also came back when closed.
