The owner of this jewelry store is extremely rude. My daughter took my cheap timex in because I couldn't pop the back on myself like I usually do because of no strength due to cancer. She also took her necklace watch in for battery replacement. The first thing he did was lecture her because I had removed the back of my watch myself. Been doing it for over 30 years. No springs in cheap Timex watches. Then just for the 5 seconds it took to pop my watch back on, the 2 minutes to change the battery ( which costs $4 at Walmart) h... read more
