The phone number doesn’t work I need to know if the spa is still open
Very disappointed that my Mother’s Day gift was messed up due to lack of communication and professionalism. Even through I confirmed my appointment, I sat outside the Westheimer location for 20 mins. I called both number and no one responded. Very disappointing.
I would just like a refund of the $358 deposit I made March 17, 2021 if you are closed. That was a booked appointment for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day to include me and her mother in law. I understand that the pandemic has affected so many businesses. But that was a very large amount required to safe the date. I have also disputed the charges with my credit card company.
