We booked this place based on their website's promise of an "authentic, indulgent" spa rooted in tradition with "expert therapists." The reality of this place fell far short of what's advertised. There are NO SPA VIBES. This is a converted office space. The "change room" is just a curtained-off area the back, and the bathroom isn't even in the spa, it's across the building lobby.
