I do not recommend this center. I went there and had a very bad experience. The owner increased the price shown on the machine without explanation. When I asked about it, she said she added taxes and promised to give me a full receipt for insurance purposes. However, she never gave me the receipt for the full amount, and later refused to provide it at all. A friend of mine also told me she did the same thing to her cousin. I was very disappointed. Went to this place a while back in 2024 when they had just opened. I did not leave comments then to avoid hindering their newly opened business, even though I had a horrendous experience. However, I read some recurring theme as to its lack of transparency in pricing and professionalism. I had the same experience. I would not recommend this place, especially when you spend over $250, even though the price announced while booking was $180. All that met with gross contempt and obnoxiousness from the owner/manager.

It was the best experience my husband and I had at the hammam! The owner and staff are very professional and friendly. I recommend Lyllia’s to anyone who wants a feel good experience 👏👏👏👏👏🤩🤩🤩

Excellent I booked the Maghrebine Pack and the experience was exactly what I was looking for. The best hammam in Montreal! You will see me again.
