I have been coming to Dr Zaidi for 3 years now. He is great and personable. My complaint is the wait time. Even with the appointment, take 1-1.5 hour of wait time to see Dr. I noticed there are 6 or more people in the waiting area. I believe they schedule too many patients at the same time. Few staffs seem to be unfamiliar with the tasks and machine. I might consider going somewhere else next time.

I would have given higher stars because Dr. Hammad Zaidi is very attentive and detailed. Unfortunately i have to give 2 star rating because my parents have been coming here for 2-3 years and with every visit even with appointments we have to wait 1.5 - 2 hours on average before doctors sees us. There have been several occasions where i had to change or postpone other commitments because there was extensive wait time with every visit.
