My Father purchased a handheld vacuum for a gift in 1987.It had an "Unconditional Guarantee". Since it was purchased in 1987,I was told by them that there is no computer record of it.Duh!Computers were not prevalent at that time.When I called them I received a Customer# and order# from them(because I couldn't find the original paperwork)and printed the pre-paid label and sent it to them. Don't order from this company. Ordered a patio umbrella they had in stock 4/25. Called them on 5/2/25 was told it was shipping on 5/7/25. Then I got email saying because of tariffs, they are canceling my order. I called and told them there site says this was in stock. Why is tariffs affecting something you have in stock. No answer. They are canceling to raise the price later. This is why people hate these types of companies, greed.
I placed an order and within one minute of placing that order, I realized it connected to an old address. With the same minute I got the email, I sent them a message either requesting to cancel the order or update the address. They waited days to respond saying they couldn’t do either because it was already processed?!?? Days later they shipped it out and mailed to the old address. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered a pair of slippers for my wife on December 3rd. I hadn't received it on December 21st so I called them and asked them to track the package. They told me that the slippers are not available until March 10th. They didn't have the decency to send me an email to let me know.
Horrible service, you cant get a refund. dont buy from this company
