I wouldn’t call them! Brand new furniture was damaged carpet job can be described as acceptable. They leave the old carpet in front of your house like it’s a dumpster you are responsible for throwing away your old carpet. Paid cash upfront and I was really upset and mad after they were finished. They left closets and corners undone and George the old guy actually argued with me and told me I am not getting any money back after he caused damage to my home. Black owners don’t trust them
They referred me to a guy named George . George showed up with a guy named Bud and another guy whose name escapes me They took 2 days to do an absolute horrible job. Seams were horrible. Carpet wasn't stretched to tack strips, stairs looked awful, closet wasn't stretched at all, carpet was just laid down. Missing tack strips at thresholds, one tack strip's concrete nail wasn't even hammered in, at all. It was an absolute mess of a job. These jokers promised they would come back and make it right, never heard from them again.... read more
