I'm not very happy with them I sent a money order and got my application notarized and now they said they never got it and now I have to do it over again that's not right what they are doing
Very incompetent and rude people. Went there with all the proper paperwork to get an amended birth certificate for a name change. Was told by two large women that I needed to make an appointment after driving an hour there and back. Was rudely told it's on the website that an appointment needed. Nope. They didn't care and offered fake , uncaring, lazy, incompetent smiles. Need fired.
If you need a copy of a birth certificate, you must have an appointment to get it here. Forget about going here and go to the Cole County Health Department. My son had to go there to get a copy. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The cost is $15.
I would like to thank the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for what they do for our state.
