You call for help for elder and disabled abuse. And get told it’s civil. Then they straight face lie about what you said and turn it around to suit them so they don’t have to do their job. Then threaten to hang up on you saying you are arguing with them when all you’re doing is telling them the facts about the abuse. This department of the government just needs to close permanently. They don’t help or protect who they are suppose to be helping and protecting. This Department is worthless.

Worst WIC program in the entire country. Lists a lot of things on the website saying that they are covered but are not covered anywhere you try to get the products. Do better and fix this crap. Whoever is running this program should be fired and banned from ever working in this field for life. This is completely unacceptable.
