Got an alignment and they said the front right was out. Got my suv back and the steering wheel was off. Took it back and once again they said the right side was out. Tires wore the inside faster than rest or tire. Told them I had a 1500 mile trip too. Owner has no care for customer satisfaction.

I'm extremely picky when it comes to who touches my vehicles, and having dealt with Casey at Hamm for the better part of a decade now, I can say that I'd have zero concern dropping any type of vehicle off and having any type of repair done. I've seen him working on Civics and Lamborghinis and his attention to detail doesn't change.
