Did not deliver to funeral and had to make arrangements to get from funeral home after the funeral. Have tried calling numerous times and does not matter what day or time no answer & no voice mail while trying to get address of sender to send thank you. Only way to communicate with them is via placing an order online and that is not solving a problem. I would not recommend or use
Ordered premium flower arrangement for my sister's birthday and they sent the most pathetic flowers I've ever seen
What I ordered and what was delivered, was not up to FTD standards. Half the size, not a single rose and half dead.
Absolutely horrible customer service and product… Should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Not only were they not the flowers I ordered they up charged my card almost $40 after the fact!!!
