I can't say about the PhD/counselors but in the end it's their responsibility to make sure how they are running the office. It lacks management. Front desk to all the ladies, NO ONE cares and they do whatever they want to do. They don't care about patients or provide them any service on time. They take their sweet time. Poor care of the patients by the "doctors" on staff, did not contact hundreds of patients to try and assist or help before covid shut down facility.
