Did not respond to multiple inquiries. Called another plumber. Within 5 minutes, I had an appointment for the next business day. Don’t waste your time on Hamlin Plumbing - they are not interested in your business.

I called Mr Hamlin based on the reviews from the web in a pure panic on Sunday afternoon after getting a low temp warning in a second home. Being 3hr away and having someone in route to check, I was trying to secure someone who might be able to help IF we found frozen pipes on arrival. Mr Hamlin called me back, walked me through advise on how to get the house back up to temp safely and with minimal damage IF it were there. He will definitely get our repeat business when we need plumbing work (hopefully not emergently again!)

Jim has done a variety of different plumbing needs for me and he is always professional, courteous, arrives right on time when he says he will be there. His prices are very reasonable. I recommend Hamlin Plumbing and Heating co for all plumbing and heating needs.
