Hamlin has been a great living experience so far. Maria was fantastic and made the whole leasing process very easy and effortless! She supplied me with a generous welcome basket with many useful items when I moved in. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.
I have lived here over 5 years and the past year and a half I've been really struggling living here. I have been dealing with a noisy neighbor and numerous times I have reached out to the office, by phone and email regarding this and I usually don't even get an email back. When speaking to the office they say they will pass it on to the manager and the manager will speak to the resident but that never happens. Just visited the Hamlin at Lake Brandon leasing office and met leasing staff Sameera, she is very helpful and courteous. One of the best experience I had compared to any leasing office I visited so far....!!!
