Looks terrible
Such a miserable place to live. Endless fines for petty things. Sun communities regional manager never replies when park management does nothing. All you smell is fences from the retention pond, loud music, blatant drug trafficking, loud endless domestic violence which when is reported to the manager with police report numbers, nothing happens. I report all of this and nothing changes but the endless fines to myself. Potholes that’ll damage your vehicle, and I drive a F250. Slumlords to the T. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
While delivering food to Fox Lane I fell on the 3in of packed/snow ice mixture on a in their street. It’s clear this did not happen overnight as there had been no snow events previously in the last few days prior to the event. 90% of the street lights don’t work. Sun communities refuses to give me or my attorney their insurance information. The few functioning street lights- one on fox lane flickers to such a degree you could have a seizure. I lived there less than a year. The water is horrible. It smells outside like rotten eggs. Do not rent from here. 1/2026
