Hamleys what happened? We traveled hours as we do every year for new hats and boots only to find out Hamleys has since been sold to the Tribe, who fired all existing experienced management. No one there could even shape a hat! Nor did they have the sizes of boots we were looking for. I couldn’t believe it, Hamleys can’t shape hats. We loved Todd the former hat shaper. So disappointing. We came to spend some dough $$ and we left disappointed and pissed off. I feel Hamleys name will forever be lost with the turn of hands.
