I am not sure why there is a homeowner association for this place. They serve no purpose at all. In March of 2021 I was robbed & car jacked right in front of my apt. At the time I had been living here only 4 months. They promised to increase security, fix the lights, even add a police blue light. The management did absolutely nothing for me. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up and will never recommend this place to anyone
Quiet place. But you have residents that have a problem with people that mind their business. We all have to get along.

The management company, M J PROSPECTS, the HOA has hired is totally GHETTO. The office personnel is totally unprofessional. The maintenance crew is a joke. Supervision of the vendors providing services is nob existent
