I needed a car in a hurry and Hamlets delivered-literally!! From Cheshire to Wiltshire (170 miles). Whilst I didn’t buy an expensive car I was treated as if I had bought their top of the range. Every care in communication was taken from retuned telephone calls to a video walk around as I couldn’t view the car in person. Now get this, at no expense to me, it was fully serviced with the replacement of all brake parts on all wheels (well it was 9 years old). Called in on special trip to this dealership. Looked at outside of some vehicles then entered office. No effort was made to engage with us but a person shouted to us from the inner office. Explained what we wanted to look at (Peugeot Warwick XL) and just got told all the engines are Peugeot. I left the office while my wife continued to explain and the gentleman eventually found the vehicle details and went to get the key. Went to see the vehicle but key would not open the doors remotely.
