For a 500,000+ home you can get faulty wiring. Called the emergency line and have yet to have anyone contact me back. I don’t understand how you can call an emergency line, because you have lost 100% of power to your home and have to wait over 24 hours for and still no response. Just for the customer service call center to tell you to call during normal business hours. So what is the point in an emergency line? The only person that has been helpful is Connor from the job site.
