The non Pulte homes were not built great. Apparently they were allowed to use bagged concrete sprayed with water (yes the 50 lb bags of concrete in paper bags) to make a foundation. I am the second owner, and did not believe this until I saw photos. Believe the builder went under so anyone on Sounders Circle has had no legal remedy. The driveways are also too short so everyone who can't park in a garage is forced to block the sidewalk.
It’s been a great experience.
We have a house in this community and we love their basements and the layout of the floor design!
They are very trustworthy builders！
