Lisa has went above & beyond in helping with the transition, even logging on at 9:30pm from home to process the transition to ensure I would have coverage when the previous expired at midnight. Thankful for a great agent like Lisa!!

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle Alexander, she is stellar! She helped me with an issue involving a third party that was negatively impacting my coverage. Had she not gotten involved and taken the lead, I have no doubt I would still be struggling to figure out how to fix the issue. Michelle went over and above to help me, she stayed in daily contact with me letting me know the steps she was taking to get the issue resolved, even on her day off! Many, many thanks to Michelle!
