Wasted our time and energy. They Need an inhouse draftys who can take a look at a block and then talk about design. If you can’t build on a sloping block, how hard is it to assess initially before taking a deposit and why would you waste months of time to say you just CAN NOT do a job.. Its silly… and stupid)…furphy stories… Good luck lol…
We had a smooth build with Hamlan. On time. No hidden extras. Communication was clear and detailed.
