In 2025 I initially had an implant exchange performed by this surgeon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After the third procedure, one side is visibly different from the other, to the point where it was noticeable even through clothing. I raised this concern multiple times, but it was not taken seriously. Review SPECIFICALLY for the lady at Reception. Completely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Made me feel extremely belittled and embarrassed when the issue was absolutely no fault of my own. To have someone like this as the face of your practise or any professional environment is problematic.
Highly recommend Hamish he was so professional and took the time to make sure my needs were taken care for he has the most amazing staff to his team in his clinic to the team that assist him on the day of surgery . Can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me .

I had my reduction done around 18 years ago now. I am now a nurse myself so I can especially recognise how brilliantly Dr Farrow did with my chest. I've seen so many others now as a nurse and the difference on how I healed (*which i took HORRIBLE care of it on my end*) and how others have healed, I cannot recommend Dr Farrow enough. I'm on this page now because I'm still singing praises.
