I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Not only did the sales rep give a completely inaccurate time line of delivery, despite our constant follow up, no one could give us answers on delivery or the location of the three couches we ordered. The only reason i'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is that associate Alex Filipour made it right after my unfortunate purchase with his ignorant and rude colleague. Awful customer service with this woman - passive aggressive comments, pushing their opinion on me and frankly, talking nonsense. Here's a wild idea: know your product, describe it well and let your customer decide what is best for them, while remaining PROFESSIONAL. She was getting frustrated with my questions. Incredibly rude customer service. I called to check on my order. The man picked up the phone today could be described as incredibly aggressive and unfriendly. They were nice until you make the payment for your $3000 recliner. After that they treat you like trash. Avoid this place at all cost.
