Stopped in to buy a new furnace for my garage the staff was very helpful and polite when the furnace came in the box was damaged they went out of there way to open and check the unit before he called and realized it was set up for the wrong fuel type again went out of there way to install the new parts to convert it to propane great customer service I will definitely be doing business in the future
Customer Service is a joke. Service representative couldn't light pilot ( I did). Office personnel should be fired and not leave their home without helmet and proper supervision.
Staff has always been very helpful and pleasant. Anytime I have needed extra time to pay for my propane they have always been understanding and I appreciate the many years of service they have given me now at multiple houses. -Jessica Stites
BAD BAD customer service! I have been wth this company over 9 years and when I had a double mastectomy my husband tried helping out by paying the bills for me. He ACCIDENTLY bounced a check to Hamillton Propane, which of corse we turned around and paid in cash with fees attacehed.
