I just want to say thanks to the folks at Hamilton Fireplace. For the first time in 11 years I have been able to light my unvented fireplace logs. Little did I know that builder grade logs was the issue causing the smell and eye irratation. Hamilton suggested changing the logs instead of changing from nonvented to vented (which would have cost $10,000.00). The total cost of logs and installation was under $1000.00 and I am now enjoying my fireplace. I just love being able to use my fireplace. Next step..changing the builders... read more
