Hamilton Auto was great throughout the process of my IID timeline of 6.5months. They installed my IID as scheduled and were very professional. From the techs to the customer rep and the owners were great. The service for the calibration was fast and easy. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional auto shop.
The manager named Leo has been doing my 2004 s40 Volvo car maintenance for over three years. He is so efficient, so honest, and extremely knowledgeable about fixing, maintaining my car. I'm in a good hand with him, and I feel safe driving my car knowing my car is in a top shape always.
These guys are lifesavers for being open on Saturdays. My car literally died on the 101 just north of Novato but I was able to get it towed here and they diagnosed the problem. It needed a part but they got it on the Monday and then everything was good again.
7 day Instal nighmare (con) My car has been at One Stop Auto, 7325 Redwood Blvd, Novato, CA., w ASE mechanics for 5 days trying to firgue out what Hamilton Auto Repair messed up on my IID install. Check out the pic- a group of wires from the harness that Emerson torn off the installation of one wire to the starter, while he was poking around trying to find the wire to the PCM to splice into for the IID.
