My rear windscreen shattered between Christmas and New Year’s whilst 500+kms away from my home in Wellington. None of the big chains could sort but Hamilton Windscreens truly went above and beyond to source and fit a replacement on the last day of the year - enabling me to return home.

Pretty sad business tryna charge me the max ($250)to just install a window in all ready supplied wouldn’t recommend these guys at all
These guys are brilliant. Super efficient and sourced the after market screen that met all the genuine Ford specs as per insurance policy, they delt with my insurance for me. Regan was helpful with advice and very efficient, clear communication and the entire job went well. This is the second windscreen I've had replaced here and they willingly did another small job for me in the past also whice was hardly worth their time but says something about customer service. Wouldn't use anyone else now but these guys.
