We have been taking our dogs here for a few years now. The staff is very understanding of our needs and our dogs. We have a dog now that has a very sensitive stomach. She was put on a new food and voila all better!

They are privately owned and can refuse service for any reason. I took my cat here and then I got upset about something and threatened a poor Google review. My cat had stopped eating and drinking and needed more testing. I got upset over something little, but because I was so worried about my cat, I was very anxious. They offered me a refund so that then they could refuse service to my dying cat. Thank goodness I believe in the power of prayer.
